What is an ALSIN-day?
ALSIN (Association of Liverpool Supporters in The Netherlands) was founded on 1 September 2002. Our aim is to enable as many members as possible, at no extra cost, to attend a game at Anfield. In addition, we seek to connect and invite members to share our common love for the club.
ALSIN has now become our nickname. From Liverpool we have received an official status that must be renewed every year. Hence our new name and official logo: Official Supporters Club of the Netherlands.
What is an ALSIN-day?
Our ALSIN-day is all about coming together – for fun, music, laughter, catching up, and of course, our shared passion: Liverpool FC. It is the day where we strengthen the bond between Dutch Liverpool supporters and warmly welcome new fans into the fold.
This supporters’ day is for all our members – but also for international supporters, representatives from Liverpool FC, local enthusiasts, and anyone who feels at home with our club.
We organise an ALSIN-day every two years – and every edition is one to remember.

The Herman Post Cup
In memory of Herman Post Sr., ALSIN renamed its 5-a-side tournament to the Herman Post Cup. Herman had been part of our club since the very beginning and became a true symbol of what ALSIN stands for. Known affectionately as Mr. Miyagi thanks to his distinctive appearance, Herman was the heart of the club for many of us. His tireless efforts, contagious enthusiasm, and unwavering love for Liverpool FC helped countless members find their way to ALSIN.
During ALSIN-day in 2018, many of us said our goodbyes to Herman. Not long after, he sadly passed away. His legacy lives on – especially in this tournament that now proudly bears his name. You'll Never Walk Alone!
